While running his business in Michigan, Craig Backus was awarded the "Best Overall B2B Email Campaign" in the 2010 and 2011 Franchise Excellence in Email Awards.  The press release announcing the 2010 achievement is found here, and the 2011 press release is found here.  The Constant Contact Franchise Excellence Award attracted many creative franchisors that designed innovative and functional programs that helped generate business.  The winners were standouts in the B2B, B2C, and Best Overall categories.
